Lead Experience and Interaction Designer

Responsibilities
+ Sketch, wireframe, and create high fidelity designs for software, web, and mobile components
+ Design functional yet elegant product interactions and experiences
+ Work closely with engineering, product managers and senior management to determine direction of product
+ Ownership and key decision-making on product design decisions across multiple facets of the business
+ Plan, coordinate, and lead a team of junior designers
+ Inspire creativity and ingeniuity around company, product and interactions

Requirements
+ At least 3 years of experience designing for web, mobile, or software products
+ Can work across the entire design flow of sketching concepts, creating wireframes, and polishing design
+ Easily understands and breaks down fundamental aspects of a product
+ Has experience communicating and working with engineering and product teams in implementing designs
+ Ability to think about designs from an user experience perspective
+ Enjoys the process of iterative design involving multiple phases of feedback and iteration
+ Very knowledgeable about fundamental design principles and experiences, particularly in the realms of software and web
+ Has a critical eye for attention to detail and pixel perfection
+ Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
+ Self motivated with the ability to work independently

Preferred
+ Has experience with front-end programming (basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript)
+ Has extensive breadth in design experience (web, mobile, software, email, ad, etc)
+ Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
