FiveStars is taking loyalty digital! We take all your paper stamp cards and turn them into a universal card, that lets businesses communicate with their loyal customers! We have gained significant traction in the Bay Area and Los Angeles, with our growing team, and are looking to expand nationally in the near future. We are seeking a high energy, fast-paced, rockstar sales professional, who wants to grow with the FiveStars team!
The selected candidate will forge strategic relationships with retail and restaurant chains. The individual will sell services to gain new business through existing relationships, cold-calling, networking, generating leads and referrals, and meeting with customers. The selected candidate will be able to identify and analyze customer needs, and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of FiveStars services. The selected candidate will sell to multiple large accounts, develop and present proposals, which convey business needs and client benefits.
+ Bachelor's degree + 3+ years of enterprise, multi-local, national chain, large account experience in the restaurant and/or retail industries + Has a “rolodex” of contacts in the retail and restaurant chain industry + Prior outside sales experience, with demonstrated history of sales achievements, in a commissioned environment + Demonstrable success in launching and establishing long term, relationships with clients and partners + Proven ability to research and truly understand competitor strengths and weaknesses while effectively articulating FiveStars competitive advantage + Ability to deal effectively with clients at all levels including executive level management + Ability to see the big picture and think outside the box + Solid business acumen + High level of integrity, customer service and customer management skills + Resourceful, assertive, and comfortable taking risks to achieve these goals + Independent and a self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment + Ability to handle multiple detailed projects simultaneously, and to independently adapt to changing roles and priorities + Able to hit aggressive objectives + Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills + Willing and able to travel when needed + Enjoy working in a startup environment
