Since we opened for business, we have built a reputation for serving some of the best Hawaiian shave ice and shaved snow on the mainland. However, we've received much recognition for the new and unique specialty menus we've introduced in our store, including our handcrafted artisanal ice creams, specialty coffee, and signature acai / pitaya bowls! Our menu and product offerings are constantly changing with the seasons; utilizing fresh seasonal fruits, ingredients, and flavors to enhance the Snowflakes experience. Our goal is to keep our customers coming back not only for the deliciousness of our desserts, but to see what we're going to come up with next...

History

Established in 2011.

We made our start in Spring of 2011 with one shaver and a few close friends helping cater small events on the weekends, not knowing that the demand for our shave ice and specialty desserts would grow so quickly. Since then, we've made appearances at several well-known music and film festivals, charity events, and corporate celebrations throughout Southern California--serving up THOUSANDS of Snowflakes shaved ice desserts! In just two years, we've quickly built a reputation for serving some of the best shaved ice desserts around, and it was by overwhelming popular demand that we decided to open our first Snowflakes store in Cerritos, CA Summer 2013.
