About Ramen Ryoma
Our ramen is made from the finest ingredients to make a very delicious and flavorful meal. One of the ingredients our ramen consists of is Ramen Ryoma's speciality, Rustic Temomi (hand-massaged) ramen noodles. This uneven wavy noodle has a very unique texture, with every bite leaving our customers satisfied. Our noodles are made from a special wheat flour full of rich flavors, and is made to last long in the broth without getting soggy. Our original soup stock is made from boiling premium black pork bones for nearly half a day to prepare our mouthwatering soup. We only choose the finest quality pork belly for our ramen as well. Our pork chashu is boiled in our soup stock for five hours, and then soaked in our original "Tare" sauce.
